Bailey Hoolihan

Bailey is a Law Clerk with the firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in December 2025, and sat for the California Bar Examination in February 2026. While awaiting bar results, he supports the firm by assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing materials for client matters.

Originally from San Diego, Bailey relocated to the Sacramento area to attend McGeorge School of Law and continues to build roots in the area. During law school, he served as Client Counseling Team Captain (Fall 2024 – Spring 2025), where he helped lead and mentor fellow students in developing practical client advocacy and communication skills.

Prior to law school, Bailey earned his Bachelor’s degree in History and Jewish Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder. During his time there, he served as a Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT) Internal Justice Board Member, helping uphold the organization’s standards and community values.

Bailey brings strong analytical and communication skills to the firm, along with a thoughtful and client-centered approach to legal work. His background in client counseling has helped him develop the ability to listen carefully, identify key issues, and communicate legal concepts in a clear and practical way.
