Bailey Hoolihan

Bailey is an attorney with the firm who earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in December 2025.  Bailey passed the California Bar Examination on his first try in February 2026.

Originally from San Diego, Bailey relocated to the Sacramento area to attend McGeorge School of Law and continues to build roots in the area. During law school, he served as Client Counseling Team Captain (Fall 2024 – Spring 2025), where he helped lead and mentor fellow students in developing practical client advocacy and communication skills. Bailey gained hands on courtroom experience interning with the Sacramento County Public Defender’s office, where he worked at the Misdemeanor, Felony Trial, and Juvenile divisions.

Prior to law school, Bailey earned his Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Jewish Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder. During his time there, he served as a Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT) Internal Justice Board Member, helping uphold the organization’s standards and community values.

As a recent addition to the firm, Bailey brings energy, affability, and a client-centered approach to every case. He is committed to diligently following the developments in California family law, building on his experience, and providing each client with attentive, grounded representation. Outside of practicing law, Bailey enjoys studying history, traveling, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends.
